ENVIRONMENTAL POLICY

Soft Rigging Solutions is committed to our legal obligations to protect and minimise our impact on the environment in accordance with AS/NZS ISO 14001. We will manage all activities so that any adverse impact as a result of our operations are minimised.

Our successful management and prevention of environmental impacts is underpinned by our belief that our business must be conducted without degrading the environment and with a strong commitment to the rehabilitation process.

Our Commitment is to:

• Maintaining compliance with legislation, codes of practice, internal policies and procedures ensuring prompt and transparent reporting and rectification across all areas.
• Establish defined environmental objectives and targets to measure our performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Minimise the environmental impacts of our operations through the efficient use of materials and resources by employing sustainable work practices, reducing waste, and minimising dust and emissions throughout our business.
• Minimise, monitor and control environmental impacts through risk identification and assessment to reduce negative impact on local communities, flora, fauna and other eco systems.
• Establish effective standards and procedures outlining sound environmental practices to be followed by all employees.
• Provide adequate information, instruction and training to develop environmental awareness and associated responsibility among all employees, contractors and visitors.
