CODE OF CONDUCT POLICY

Soft Rigging Solutions is committed to maintaining high ethical standards, behavior and accountability across all areas of its business. The Code of Conduct sets out the guidelines and standards of behavior required by all Directors, Managers and employees in the performance of their duties. It is intended to safeguard the interests of the business, ensure we comply through honesty and integrity, with supporting procedures that reflect the requirements of the business.

Soft Rigging Solutions have specified and documented the following commitments regarding the Code of Conduct.

Our Commitment is to:

  • Demonstrate high standards of behavior through visible leadership, transparency in communication, honesty, integrity, trust, and professionalism.
  • Treat people fairly, respectfully and with dignity in our workplaces to eliminate all levels of discrimination and unacceptable behavior.
  • Encourage employees to follow all policies, procedures, and instructions and perform their duties with skill, honesty, care and diligence.
  • Exercise objectivity, fairness, equality and sensitivity in dealing with employees, clients, suppliers and stakeholders.
  • Foster an inclusive, collaborative and supportive culture where employees understand their responsibilities, feel comfortable to raise concerns without fear of retaliation.
  • To maintain and conduct our business by avoiding any conflict through eliminating personal, financial or other interest which may conflict with a person’s duties and responsibilities.
  • Conduct business with integrity: doing so lawfully, ethically and responsibly, and will not participate in any bribery, corruption or facilitation payments.
  • Maintaining compliance with all statutory and legislative regulations.
  • Ensure all Directors, Managers and employees understand their responsibility with respect to the Code in the performance of their duties.
